We will work with hosts and your video crew on a case by case basis.
Please note that if you are with an agency or union that agency must also work with these general terms and eventual contracts. INRAVIO is an independent channel for “aspiring” talent and video crews. We are all about building portfolios and finding our talent new opportunities. We provide coaching and the editing of videos which you can use for your portfolio as seen in the programs on this website. If you feel you are beyond this level there are many other opportunities INRAVIO can provide for you. If you feel like your opportunities out there are limited and want more experience, video footage of yourself, opportunity, then INRAVIO is for you. Common sense dictates that it is in our best interest to eventually compensate the hosts and video crews that do well for us, expand your reach, and we welcome the opportunity to do so, second only to the satisfaction we get from watching you move into bigger avenues because of us. So here are some general things to know as your work with us to submit segments or be hosts on segments we produce: - If you have an extensive video portfolio (i.e. Ten (10 ) or more professional looking segments showcasing your extraordinary hosting and interview talent) we will be happy to discuss a fee based working relationship. - If you are new to acting/hosting or shooting segments, we will be happy to TFP (trade for portfolio), make you look good and grow your potential. We reserve the right to negotiate different terms based on certain projects we align for you. - To receive any sort of compensation, segments must be hosted “EXCLUSIVELY” for INRAVIO, owned by INRAVIO and where INRAVIO will release the footage to other media outlets, youtube, etc… and we want to! Hosts and video crews may use any of the footage released by INRAVIO for personal portfolio use and not monetary gain unless prior arrangements are made. If we choose to not use a segment you film (i.e. due to quality, poor audio, poor interviewing, copyright issues, etc.) you may use the segment any way you choose and accept all legal liabilities. INRAVIO will never be liable for your conduct and/or actions and a release will be signed to that effect. - To receive any sort of compensation you must submit at least three (3) prearranged segments to INRAVIO as we need to be reassured of your abilities, punctuality, professionalism at locations, etc. Again, common sense will dictate that if you are popular on our website then it is in our best interest to keep you happy. - The INRAVIO website has a unique system in place where our online segments and your profile page can have “sponsors” on there supporting you. So if you see an ad on your page or feel like finding a sponsor for yourself, then revenue from any sponsors on your profile page will go to you! (i.e. Imagine if Facebook let you put ads on your own profile and keep the revenue from those ads.) OWN A CITY or DEMOGRAPHIC – If you and your crew seem to be submitting a lot of footage from a particular city, demographic, etc., we will then make arrangements for the ad revenue from those pages on the website to go to you. (We will generally want more than one host per city or demographic, so if you bring other talent to cover that city it may work out well for you). This is not the binding agreement, each host will be negotiated on a case by case basis. Feel free to start talking to us! (Note: one of the first steps will be a request of you to submit an audition video, preferably on green screen, but not necessary.) If we choose to work with you we will provide you with business cards, microphone flags, negotiate media credentials, releases for filming locations, and edit your video footage… We are ready to make you famous!!!
